We’re excited to welcome Alberto Pozo to the Revolution Rehab team!

Alberto is an Athletic Therapist (Provisional) and is now accepting new assessments. With a background playing high-level rugby, he understands firsthand the physical demands of contact sports and what it takes to recover, rebuild confidence, and return to play.

His arrival comes just in time for football season, but you don’t need to be an athlete to work with Alberto. Whether you’re dealing with a recent injury, persistent pain, or difficulty getting back to the activities that matter to you, he’s ready to help.

Some teams stay with you. 🏈

Revolution Rehab is proud to support Murdoch MacKay Football for the 2026 season.

Long before Revolution Rehab existed, Nikki first joined Murdoch MacKay on the sidelines during the 2010 AA Vidruk Division Championship, when the team unexpectedly found itself needing Athletic Therapy coverage during its playoff run.

What started as stepping in when a team needed someone became season after season on the sidelines providing Athletic Therapy coverage for the program.

What made those years special went far beyond football. There was a genuine respect between the coaching staff and the medical team, and a shared commitment to taking care of the athletes. The coaches respected the role of the Athletic Therapist, and that trust was always returned.

More than a decade later, it’s pretty special to see that culture continue and to know that Certified Athletic Therapists are still working alongside the team.

Murdoch has always held a special place in our hearts, and this year Revolution Rehab is happy to give a little back to a program that gave us so much.

One of the biggest mistakes I see new graduates make is thinking they need a full caseload immediately.

The reality is that a gradual ramp isn't a weakness. It's often the best opportunity you'll have to develop your clinical reasoning, build confidence, and create sustainable habits before your schedule fills up.

For the past two years, Nikki's schedule has remained intentionally limited while balancing pregnancy, business ownership, and motherhood.

As a result, her schedule is typically booked well in advance, but additional availability has recently opened on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12–5pm.

Current openings this week:
May 20 at 12:00pm and 1:45pm

If you've been putting off that nagging back pain, stiff shoulder, or something that just hasn't been feeling quite right, this may be a good opportunity to get it looked at.
