📺 RAYMEX Lift is on the news!

Yesterday, seniors and caregivers across Canada explored the future of independent living at the AGE-WELL Discovery Day, and the RAYMEX Lift stole the spotlight!

We hit the screens on CTV News Montreal where our Director of Account Management, Ben Alexander, walked viewers through how our 4-in-1 device acts as a walker, prevents falls, and safely lifts a user straight off the floor.

The excitement didn’t stop there—we also made the CTV News Atlantic/PEI broadcast, with Harding Medical highlighting how our East Coast-manufactured tech is helping older adults stay independent without placing a heavy burden on their families.

MAJOR MILESTONE: Thrilled to share a major milestone! 🎉

📜 On September 22, 2026, the US Patent Office officially granted our patent for the RAYMEX® Lift – our walker apparatus with an integrated lifting platform. Engineered as the world’s only multi functional rollator capable of independent motorized vertical lifting from the floor — supporting everyday activities, increasing independence, and helping reduce physical strain on caregivers.

This innovation was led by primary inventor Liam Maaskant, our Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, with co inventors Suling Duong, John A. Glowacki Jr., and Tracey McGillivray. I’m incredibly proud of this team and grateful for the engineering, clinical insight, and perseverance that brought this invention to life.

We also want to thank Pierre Nguyen, Mitchell Leibovitch, and the Norton Rose Fulbright team for their exceptional patent guidance through this journey, and to every clinician, partner, and older adult who provided feedback to help ensure we delivered on our promise.

We’re proud to share that the RAYMEX® Lift has been selected as the winner of ORCA’s Dragons’ Den 2026 – chosen by audience vote at !

We're excited to share that we're heading to Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake next week for ORCA CON 2026, hosted by the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) - the signature annual gathering of 350+ retirement community leaders from across Ontario.

On Wednesday, September 16, I’ll be presenting alongside Pontosense and Paige Frame, sharing how the RAYMEX Lift® is transforming fall recovery and independence in retirement communities. It’s an honour to be recognized among such innovative companies shaping the future of senior living.

On June 18, Orchard View Gardens in Almonte, ON graciously hosted a donor event and training session for residents and caregivers who were receiving their first RAYMEX Lift®! We were honoured to be welcomed by their incredible team and community.

We are deeply grateful to Mr. Robert J. Brown, one of our wonderful investors, for his generous donation of the RAYMEX® Lift in memory of his late wife, Mrs. Sarah E. Brown. Their gift is already making a meaningful difference — improving dignity, reducing stress, and supporting safer fall recovery for residents and staff.

Thank you to everyone at OVG for the warm welcome and thoughtful engagement. We look forward to returning on October 8 for another in‑service session!

What a fantastic day supporting the Amherst Jr. 'A' Ramblers Golf Tournament on July 25! ⛳

Axtion Independence Mobility was proud to sponsor a hole and the “Closest to the Pin” competition on the Par 3 - and our foursome had an absolute blast out on the course...and we got to show off our RAYMEX Lift! 😊

It was extra special for us because hockey runs deep in our team: Liam Maaskant led our foursome, Darien Reynolds hosted our hole, and Meaghan Hannigan would have been there too… except she was away playing in a hockey tournament of her own (very on brand for her!). 🏒

We love supporting our Town of Amherst, NS community, and we’re grateful to the Ramblers organization for hosting such a great event. Already looking forward to next year!
