Hey all 👋🏼

Bianca RN here! Just popping on to say hello and wish you all the best as we head into the final stretch of summer! 🌿

Even though many of us are a little sad to see summer coming to an end, I am personally a FALL LOVER 🍂. To me, fall signifies change, fresh starts and new beginnings. I love the crispness of the air, the cool breeze and that feeling of everything being… fresh.

Speaking of change, beauty and fresh starts, I wanted to share a recent treatment we did at the spa on this gorgeous client. ✨

She came to us with a history of ½ syringe of lip filler on two separate occasions, over a year apart. She felt like her filler was “mostly gone” and was open to adding another ½ mL.

During our consultation, we got to know each other and I got to appreciate her beautiful features and amazing spirit. I also asked to see some photos from her previous lip filler journey.

And honestly? I thought her lips were doing very well.

I have to give credit where credit is due — her previous clinic did a beautiful job respecting her natural shape and anatomy, using small amounts of filler over time. There were no signs of migration, and her lips still had a lovely foundation.

So rather than adding another ½ syringe just because that was what she initially had in mind, I felt her lips needed what I like to call:

“Let’s just breathe a little life back into them.” 🫶🏼

We used just ¼ of a syringe, strategically placing product to:
✨ Add subtle structure to the outer corners
✨ Capture a little more height
✨ Restore some central lower-lip volume
✨ Improve overall balance
✨ Keep everything looking natural and true to her anatomy

And then, as we were chatting, she mentioned:

“I’ve had a little chin dimple since birth. I know filler can help that.”

Absolutely!

I LOVE unique features, and her chin cleft was very mild. We decided that if we were going to soften it, we would do so with the least amount of product possible.

We placed just 0.15 mL into the indentation of the chin to gently blend the area.

The result? Subtle, balanced and absolutely stunning. 🤍

This is why consultation matters.

Sometimes more product isn’t the answer. Sometimes it’s about stepping back, appreciating what is already there and making small, intentional changes.
