That’s a wrap on !

Over two days, 10,000 clinicians came together for the latest evidence, practical discussions and expert insights to support better heart failure care and better patient outcomes.

Our final plenary, Session 10: Delivering Better Heart Failure Care and Innovation in 2026, brought the conference to a close with discussions on telemonitoring, treatment adherence, multidisciplinary care and heart failure prevention.

A huge thank you to our chairs, faculty, panellists and every clinician who registered, joined the sessions and contributed questions and perspectives throughout these two days. Your engagement made this conference what it was.

Thank you for being part of e-SPACE HF 2026. Until next time! https://tinyurl.com/3r7292uy

LIVE NOW! Ask Your Questions at

How should eGFR and UACR guide CKD screening in patients with heart failure, and where do SGLT2 inhibitors fit across the eGFR spectrum?

The Meet-the-Expert session is underway, with James Burton and Shelley Zieroth discussing CKD detection and the evidence for empagliflozin from EMPA-KIDNEY to integrated cardiorenal care.

Which patients with HFpEF could benefit from non-steroidal MRAs, when should treatment begin, and how should patients be followed up?

The Meet-the-Expert session is underway, exploring the evidence behind mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists, including the findings and limitations of key HFpEF trials.

When is the right time to intervene in severe tricuspid regurgitation, and what can haemodynamics reveal that echocardiography may miss?

Session 8 on valvular heart disease in heart failure has just wrapped up at . The discussion highlighted the importance of right heart catheterisation after volume optimisation, assessing right ventricular reserve and selecting between transcatheter repair and replacement based on anatomy and procedural risk.

Day 2 of has started strong!

Session 7 opens the day with rhythm management and device therapies in heart failure, examining the 2026 ESC recommendations for ICD implantation and why optimising guideline-directed medical therapy before primary prevention decisions matters.

Clinicians are already asking their questions live and getting answers from the experts. What are you waiting for? Join the live session now!

Day 1 of is a wrap! And with 10,000+ clinicians already registered, the momentum continues into Day 2.

Session 6 closed the day with a clinically focused look at cardiomyopathy phenotypes, diagnostic pathways and the red flags that can help clinicians recognise cardiac amyloidosis earlier, when treatment options are available.

Thank you for being part of Day 1. See you tomorrow for more clinical insights and evidence to support better patient outcomes!

Session 5, “CKM Disease and Heart Failure: Obesity Is Everywhere,” has just wrapped up at !

The discussion explored the links between cardiovascular, kidney and metabolic disease, the role of obesity in HFpEF, and the use of cardioprotective glucose-lowering therapies in patients with diabetes and increased cardiovascular risk. Speakers also examined how evidence for SGLT2 inhibitors and weight-loss therapies adds to our understanding of obesity’s role in heart failure.

Session 4, “HFpEF: One Syndrome, Many Phenotypes,” has just wrapped up at !

The discussion explored how incident HF risk scores can help identify patients for further testing, evidence for SGLT2 inhibitor use across the LVEF spectrum, and the association between MASLD and increased HF risk, particularly HFpEF. Speakers also examined how distinct MASLD phenotypes may carry different cardiometabolic risks.

The Implementing SGLT2 Inhibitors Across the Heart Failure Continuum: From Prevention to Advanced Disease Meet-the-Expert session has wrapped up at !

The discussion explored evidence for SGLT2 inhibitors across the heart failure continuum, from reducing HF hospitalisation in selected high-risk populations to consistent benefits in HFrEF and initiation after stabilisation during hospitalisation for acute HF. The session also examined how the 2026 ESC Heart Failure Guidelines position foundational therapy across HF stages.

Session 3 has just wrapped up at !

The discussion explored the two-way relationship between heart failure and kidney disease, why CKD can lead to underuse of guideline-directed therapy despite high clinical risk, and how nephrology potassium binders may support RAASi optimisation by reducing hyperkalaemia events.

Next up: Stay tuned for the next session and more clinical insights from the e-SPACE HF 2026 programme.
