I am an experienced Physical Education teacher, Swimming Coach, and Clinical Exercise Specialist with a master’s degree in Exercise and Health. My educational background has been devoted entirely to Sports Science and Therapeutic Exercise. For my bachelor’s degree, I was awarded a 3-year scholarship from the PE and Sports Department at the University of Thessaly. Later, my graduate studies focused specifically on water-based physical rehabilitation, and I presented my research and findings at academic conferences in Greece, Germany, and Slovenia. Professionally, I have taught sports and swimming to children of various ages and competitive athletes. I have worked in Greece and Switzerland as an aquatic therapist and clinical exercise specialist, helping people with serious musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain and neurological diseases. Having worked extensively with the severely disabled and developmentally challenged, my therapeutic methods are inclusive and underscore the importance of providing emotional care as well as physical support.
