Time-Dependent Kinetics and Saturation Dynamics of Interleukin-6 Clearance During Combined HA380 Hemoadsorption and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in Sepsis-Associated Acute Kidney Injury

This prospective observational study has practical implications for optimizing the use of the HA380 cartridge. HA380 hemoperfusion combined with CRRT can achieve the maximum IL-6 clearance within the first 2 hours, which indicated the cartridge can be used for 12 hours to acheive maximum adsorption capacity. Timely replacement within this window may optimize treatment efficacy in SA-AKI.

🔹HA Day Philippines – NLAKS

Led by the President of the PSN Northern Luzon Chapter and supported by our local partners and guest speakers, we are excited to celebrate another successful HA Day in the Philippines.

The event welcomed over 130 local clinicians and patients who came together to share and discuss the latest standardized applications of hemoadsorption therapy, as well as its future potential.

A key highlight of the session was how HA hemoadsorption cartridges are applied in leptospirosis - a common clinical challenge faced in tropical regions - demonstrating the expanding role of hemoadsorption therapy in clinical practice.

Once again, we would like to thank everyone who joined us for HA Day NLAKS. Together, we build confidence in the future clinical use of hemoadsorption technology and work toward a more accessible healthcare system for patients. 💪
