AI can replace a lot of things. And let’s be real, we’re all using it.

It can make our lives easier, help us create, learn, and get things done faster.

But it will never replace a genuine hug, a conversation that touches your heart, laughing until your stomach hurts, or the feeling of being truly seen and understood.

And maybe, in a world where everything is becoming more digital, these simple human moments are becoming more valuable than ever.

That’s why we believe human connection is something we need to keep nurturing. Making time for each other. Being present. Building real relationships.

Because no matter how advanced technology becomes, we will always need each other.

What do you think AI will never be able to replace?

Sometimes we get so caught up in our problems, our plans, and everything we still want to achieve that we forget how short life really is.

We keep waiting for the perfect moment to enjoy it. When we have more money, more time, fewer worries…

But what if these ordinary days are actually the ones that matter most?

Spend time with the people you love. Laugh a little more. Stop taking everything so seriously.

We’re only here for a little while. Let’s make the most of it.

Your mind is lying to you. And you believe it every single day. It creates stories, worries about things that haven’t happened, and keeps replaying things you can’t change.

And most of the time, you don’t even question it.

Meditation teaches us something powerful: You are not your thoughts. And you don’t have to believe everything you think.

Through yoga, pranayama, kriyas, and chanting, we learn to quiet the mental noise and find more clarity, balance, and freedom.

Sometimes growth looks a lot less exciting from the outside.

You stop enjoying the things you once loved.
You drink less. Go out less. Choose different conversations, different places, different ways of spending your time.

And suddenly people ask:

“What happened to you?”
“Don’t you have fun anymore?”
“Since when are you so spiritual?”

But maybe nothing is wrong.

Maybe your definition of fun simply changed.

Maybe what once felt exciting now feels exhausting.
Maybe silence feels richer than noise.
Maybe waking up clear feels better than recovering from the night before.
Maybe dancing barefoot, practicing yoga, sitting in ceremony or spending a few days in silence genuinely makes you happy.

We’re allowed to change.

And we don’t need to make our new life understandable to everyone who knew an older version of us.

What’s something you used to love that simply doesn’t feel like you anymore?

Sometimes “I’m not ready” means “I don’t want anyone to see me learning.”

We want to feel confident before we begin. To know what to say before we speak. To be sure we’ll be good at something before we let ourselves try.

So we wait. And that thing we’d love to do stays something we talk about doing “one day.”

We know that feeling, too. Teaching yoga doesn’t mean we always feel calm or have all the answers. We love what we do, and there are still days when we doubt ourselves, need support, or finish a class thinking about what we could have done better.

You can teach and still be learning. You can love the life you’re building and still find it hard sometimes.

You don’t have to wait until there’s nothing left to work on before you have something worth sharing.

What would you let yourself begin if you didn’t have to be perfect at it?

If learning to teach yoga is something you keep coming back to, DM us “READY” to explore our next training.

Asana is an important part of yoga. But it is only one part.

I love the physical practice. I love exploring the body, building strength and mobility, and sharing what I have learned with others.

But for me, yoga becomes something much deeper when it moves beyond the shapes we make with the body.

Asana can become a vehicle to steady the mind and prepare us to sit with ourselves.

Pranayama teaches us to work with the breath, energy and attention , creating space between ourselves and the constant movement of thought.

Bhakti is the path of the heart.
Devotion. Prayer. Mantra. Kirtan. Ritual.
Practices that remind us that life is not only about the individual self, but about our relationship with something greater.

Ta**ra is a path of inner liberation and expansion — not a rejection of life, but an invitation to meet it fully. To feel, to experience, to transform, to become more alive.

And philosophy gives all of these practices direction.

Who am I?
What creates suffering?
What is freedom?
How do I want to live?
How do I relate to others, to nature, and to the sacred?

This is the yoga I fell in love with. Not only a practice for the body, but a path for how we meet life.

The posture may be where we begin.
But it was never meant to be where we stop. What is yoga for you? Drop it down in the comments

Funny how reaching for your phone the moment you wake up is normal, but taking ten minutes to sit in silence is “woo-woo.”

How everyone scrolling at the dinner table barely gets noticed, but looking someone in the eyes feels strange.

How drinking needs no explanation, but “I don’t drink” comes with a whole list of questions.

And dancing all night with a drink in your hand? Normal.
Dancing barefoot in daylight, sober and fully present? “That’s a bit weird.”

If you’ve ever felt awkward telling someone you meditate, chant or go to cacao ceremonies… you probably know these labels already.

Then you remember how it feels to sing without worrying about your voice. To move without needing a drink first. To share a moment with someone without either of you reaching for a screen.

You don’t have to make everyone understand what those moments mean to you.

What’s something you once thought was “weird” that you now love?

Do you ever finish a day knowing what you did, but barely remembering how any of it felt?

The tea you drank while answering messages. The meal you barely tasted. The shower you spent planning tomorrow.

I catch myself doing this too. Moving through the day with my mind already somewhere else.

Every moment can be a ritual. Drinking that first sip slowly. Feeling the water on your skin. Letting a song move you, even in the middle of the kitchen.

Small ways of being here for the life we’re already living.

Save this, and choose one everyday moment to give your full attention to tomorrow.

Behind every posture is a person, and behind every person, a journey that brought them here.

To our newest graduates: we honour the steps that led you to this training. The decision to come, the effort you brought each day, and the willingness to learn from one another.

It has been a privilege to practise beside you, hear your questions, and watch you find your own way of sharing yoga.

As you continue, may you stay curious. May your understanding deepen through practice and everyday life. May you trust your voice while remaining open to what others can teach you.

And when you stand in front of your own students, may you remember how it felt to begin and meet them with that same patience and care.

Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. There is so much still to discover!

Maybe there’s something you’ve been quietly wishing for. Time for yourself. A new beginning. The courage to do something simply because it matters to you.

It’s never too late to listen to that part of yourself.

These photos hold memories from our retreat in Palomino, Colombia. People who arrived as strangers, moments of quiet by the sea, and hugs we wished could last a little longer.

This place is special to us. And so is getting to share it with you.

We’ll be gathering here again for our 200h Yoga Teacher Training in November and our Ayahuasca Retreat in January.

If something in these moments speaks to you, send us “NOVEMBER” or “JANUARY.” Tell us what’s calling you here. We’d love to hear 🤍
