Sound has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. But the first time I ever heard singing bowls, I felt something awaken within me.

I started watching videos, going to events, and listening to meditations with sound healing and crystal singing bowls. I dove head first into the sound healing world. Slowly, over the years, I collected rain sticks, tuning forks, drums, shakers, and a couple of small crystal singing bowls… anything I could get my hands on. I took some courses, did some research and I’ve been supported by many people and sound healers along the way, including who showed me the ropes.

Last year, Matt surprised me with a set of seven crystal singing bowls, and a few months later I played them in my first ceremony. There’s been a lot of learning, but it feels so intuitive to me.

I am now opening up my offerings for 1:1 sound healing, private events, and freelance work.

The more I love myself the more the universe LOVES me back. Because to worship yourself is to worship god✨

Affirmations are powerful ways to step into everything you want. The trick is you have to believe them. It may not start that way, but the more you affirm it the more you believe it.

I’m in the process of of creating a beautiful digital download and can’t wait to share more 💗

Lyrics from “I am” song is linked.
