Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with a solution.

It begins with feeling safe enough to simply be.

There is something extraordinary about sharing space with women who are walking their own path, while rediscovering who they are.

HELD is not about escaping your life.

It is about returning to yourself.

Over seven days in Costa Rica, only four women come together to slow down, nourish their nervous system, reconnect with nature and experience yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki and meaningful moments of stillness.

✨ 18–25 November 2026

✨ 7–14 December 2026

If your heart whispered “I need this”… perhaps it’s time to listen.
