Vegan pesto is very easy to make, and also very tasty 😋

👩🏽‍🍳 You’ll need:
- 2 cups packed fresh basil (large stems removed)
- 3 Tbsp pine nuts (or other nuts like walnuts, pecans or cashews)
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3-4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3-6 Tbsp water

👉 Add everything except the liquids to a blender or food processor and blend it to a loose paste. Add a little bit of olive oil and scrape the sides.
Then add one tbsp water at a time until a thick but pourable sauce forms. At the end, taste and adjust flavors to your liking.

Perfect as a pasta sauce, spread or on bread! 🤗🌱
