Coming Home: Where the Heart Remembers is an invitation to return — to our dance floor, to our bodies, to our hearts, to each other, and to the joy of moving together.

We will share ceremonial cacao, move freely, and allow the dance to guide us home to ourselves and to each other.

Let our feet lead the way. Let our bodies speak. Let the rhythm awaken what our hearts already know.

Join us on Friday, 18th September, and let the dance become a pathway home.

Who would I be if the drum had never come into my life?

If the Goddess hadn’t showered me with her gifts of rhythm, dance, and my beloved cacao?

I honestly don’t know.

But I know this:
this drum is more than an instrument.
It’s a doorway.
A way home to my body.
A language for what words cannot say.
A pulse that reminds me who I am.

And rhythm led me to dance.
Dance led me deeper into myself.
And cacao… cacao taught me to soften, to listen, to open my heart.

These gifts have shaped my life in ways I could never have imagined.

So today, I simply bow in gratitude.
To the drum.
To rhythm.
To the Goddess.
To this beautiful, mysterious path that keeps unfolding beneath my feet. 🤎🥁✨

A little something for those of you who move, dance, or have been curious about ceremonial cacao — this Friday in Nicosia, we’re combining both.

Cacao meets the body exactly where it is and helps you move from the inside out. It makes dancing feel like a celebration rather than a practice. And with the solstice right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better.
