Learning time 🤓 We get this question quite a lot, so a post about it is in order.
''Why can't I prepare my Shilajit with boiling water?''
▶️Reasonable question, since using boiling water makes it much faster and more convenient. Let's face it, we don't always have the patience to wait 10 minutes for a drink. 😉
But, is high heat really good? According to modern studies, vitamins and certain other beneficial ingredients start to degrade at certain temperatures which are around 70 Celsius (give or take a few degrees). In essence, this means that we're destroying that which makes Shilajit good. And this does not go just for Shilajit but everything that we consume in our everyday lives. ✅
And this is the exact reason we advise to use just warm water. Sure, it might take a bit longer to dissolve but at least you're getting the good stuff 😁 Learning time 🤓 We get this question quite a lot, so a post about it is in order.
