Wisdom isn't measured by the number of years you've lived, but by the lessons your soul has gathered along the way.
It is born in the moments that break your heart open, the challenges that teach you resilience, the mistakes that lead you to understanding, and the experiences that change the way you see the world.
Wisdom is learning when to speak and when to be silent, when to hold on and when to let go, when to offer love and when to protect your peace.
It is understanding that not every battle deserves your energy, not every person is meant to walk beside you, and not every unanswered question needs an answer.
Some of life's greatest teachers arrive disguised as pain, disappointment, and unexpected change. Yet, if we allow ourselves to grow through these experiences, we begin to see life through different eyes, with a softer heart, a stronger spirit, and a deeper appreciation for what truly matters.
You don't grow wise simply by growing older. You grow wise by being willing to learn, to reflect, to heal, and to become a little more conscious with every step you take.
So honour the journey you've travelled, including the roads that brought you to your knees. They may not have been easy, but they have helped shape the wisdom you carry today.
Remember, a beautiful soul isn't one that knows everything. It is one that remains humble enough to keep learning, brave enough to keep growing, and open enough to keep loving.
Age counts the years, but wisdom tells the story of how you've lived them.
