🌿 BALANCE METHOD ACUPUNCTURE FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH 🌿
Women’s health can be influenced by many different factors throughout life — from menstrual discomfort and hormonal changes to stress, tension, digestive problems and musculoskeletal pain.

At AcuClinic Cyprus, we use Balance Method Acupuncture as a distal acupuncture approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian relationships and individual assessment.

One of the defining features of this approach is that we do not place acupuncture needles directly into the painful or affected area. Instead, acupuncture points are selected away from the area of discomfort according to the individual presentation and relevant meridian relationships.

🌸 Areas we may work with include:

🔴 Menstrual Health:
• Painful periods.
• Irregular cycles.
• Menstrual discomfort.
• PMS-related symptoms.

🔴 Hormonal & Reproductive Health:
• Hormonal changes.
• Perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
• Menstrual and cycle-related concerns.
• Reproductive health support.

🔴 Emotional Wellbeing:
• Stress and tension.
• Mood changes.
• Sleep disturbances.
• Emotional balance.

🔴 Digestive Health:
• Bloating and digestive discomfort.
• IBS and digestive sensitivity.
• Abdominal discomfort.
• Constipation or diarrhoea.

🔴 Musculoskeletal Problems:
• Neck and shoulder tension.
• Headaches and migraines.
• Lower back and hip pain.
• Knee and joint discomfort.
• Sciatica.
• Muscle tension and stiffness.

🌿 How does the Balance Method approach work?

1. Individual Assessment: We look at your symptoms, movement, lifestyle and individual presentation.
2. Meridian Balance: Distal acupuncture points are selected according to the individual pattern and relevant meridian relationships.
3. Reassess & Observe: Movement and symptoms can be reassessed during the treatment process to observe how the body responds.

Rather than focusing only on where you experience discomfort, Balance Method Acupuncture takes a broader view of the body's relationships and balance.

🌿 A different way of looking at women’s health and wellbeing.

If you are looking for acupuncture in Paralimni, Protaras, Ayia Napa or the wider Famagusta area, you're welcome to contact us and discuss whether acupuncture may be appropriate for your situation.

🌿 BALANCE METHOD ACUPUNCTURE FOR IBS & DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS 🌿
Digestive problems can affect much more than the stomach. Bloating, abdominal discomfort, irregular bowel movements and digestive sensitivity can influence your energy, mood and everyday life.

At AcuClinic Cyprus, we use Balance Method Acupuncture as a distal acupuncture approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian relationships and individual assessment.

One of the defining features of this approach is that we do not place acupuncture needles directly into the abdominal area or the area of discomfort.

Instead, distal acupuncture points may be selected on the hands, feet or other areas of the body, according to the individual presentation and relevant meridian relationships.

Common digestive complaints include:

🔴 Bloating and abdominal discomfort.
🔴 Abdominal pain or cramping.
🔴 Gas and digestive fullness.
🔴 Alternating constipation and diarrhoea.
🔴 Irregular bowel movements.
🔴 A feeling of incomplete evacuation.
🔴 Digestive sensitivity to certain foods.
🔴 Stress-related digestive symptoms.
🔴 IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).

How does the Balance Method approach digestive problems?

1️⃣ Individual Assessment: We look at your symptoms, digestive pattern, lifestyle and individual presentation.
2️⃣ Meridian Balance: Distal acupuncture points are selected according to the individual pattern and relevant meridian relationships.
3️⃣ Reassess & Observe: Your response can be observed throughout the treatment process, helping us understand how your body responds.

🌿 A different way of looking at digestive health.

If you experience recurring digestive discomfort or IBS symptoms and would like to explore a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach, you are welcome to contact us at AcuClinic Cyprus.

At AcuClinic Cyprus, we use Balance Method Acupuncture as a distal acupuncture approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian relationships and movement-based assessment.

One of the defining features of this approach is that we do not place acupuncture needles directly into the painful area. Instead, distal acupuncture points are selected according to the individual presentation and the relevant meridian relationships.

🔴 Hip pain.
🔴 Shoulder pain.
🔴 Elbow and wrist pain.
🔴 Ankle pain.
🔴 Joint stiffness.
🔴 Pain with movement.
🔴 Chronic or recurring joint discomfort.
🔴 Post-injury joint problems.

How does the Balance Method approach joint pain?

1️⃣ Movement Assessment: We look at how you move and assess your individual presentation.
2️⃣ Meridian Balance: Distal acupuncture points are selected according to the individual pattern and relevant meridian relationships.
3️⃣ Reassess & Observe: Movement and symptoms can be reassessed during the treatment process to observe how the body responds.

The aim is not simply to focus on the painful joint, but to look at the relationship between pain, movement and the body's overall balance.

🌿 BALANCE METHOD ACUPUNCTURE FOR SHOULDER PAIN 🌿
Shoulder pain can affect how you move, work, exercise and enjoy everyday life.

At AcuClinic Cyprus, we use Balance Method Acupuncture as a distal acupuncture approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian balance and movement-based assessment.

One of the defining features of this method is that we do not place acupuncture needles directly into the painful area. Instead, acupuncture points are selected away from the area of discomfort according to the individual presentation.

COMMON SHOULDER PAIN PROBLEMS INCLUDE:
🔴 Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis).
🔴 Rotator cuff problems.
🔴 Shoulder impingement / subacromial pain.
🔴 Tendinitis.

2. Meridian Balance - Distal acupuncture points are selected to work with relevant meridian relationships.
3. Reassess Movement - Movement can then be reassessed to observe changes during the treatment process.

The aim is to take a broader view of the problem rather than focusing only on the painful area.

🌿 An Invitation to Physiotherapists & Chiropractors in Famagusta District. Exploring Different Approaches to Pain, Movement & Recovery.

My name is Julius Lundberg, acupuncturist and founder of AcuClinic Cyprus Ltd in Paralimni.

After many years of working with patients in Sweden, I am now building professional connections within the Famagusta District and would like to connect with physiotherapists and chiropractors who are interested in meeting other practitioners and exploring different approaches to pain and movement.

My work is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Balance Method Acupuncture, with a particular focus on distal acupuncture points, meridian relationships and movement-based assessment.

One distinctive aspect of my approach is that I do not place needles directly into the painful area. Instead, acupuncture points are selected elsewhere on the body, and movement and the patient's response can be used as part of the treatment process.

🤝 An Opportunity to Meet & Exchange Ideas.

Whether you already use acupuncture in your practice or have never worked with it before, I would be very happy to visit your clinic, meet you and demonstrate my approach.

I am equally interested in learning about your work and discussing how different professional approaches may complement one another when working with pain, restricted movement, musculoskeletal problems and physical recovery.

This is simply an invitation to connect, exchange experience and get to know each other's work.

📍 Famagusta District

I am particularly interested in connecting with practitioners in:
Paralimni · Deryneia · Sotira · Frenaros · Protaras · Ayia Napa and surrounding areas. I am happy to travel to your clinic for an informal professional meeting.

If you are a physiotherapist or chiropractor in the Famagusta District and would be interested in meeting, feel free to send me a message.
I would be very happy to come and meet you.
