1.
It's not just deep breathing.

This isn't some relaxation technique where you zone out for ten minutes.

Breathwork actively shifts your nervous system from fight or flight to rest and digest.

It's working on your vagus nerve, the body's superhighway for calming everything down.

You're literally rewiring how your body responds to stress.

2.
Emotions will surface fast.

Way faster than traditional meditation.

I wasn't prepared for that.

Old grief, frustration I didn't even know I was carrying, it all came up in the first twenty minutes.

That's the point.

Breathwork offers a faster path to emotional release and mental clarity because it bypasses the thinking mind.

3.
You might feel physical sensations you've never felt before.

Tingling in your hands.

Tightness in your chest.

Maybe even tears you can't explain.

It's not scary, it's your body finally letting go.

4.
One session won't fix everything.

But it will show you what's possible.

It's a tool you come back to when overthinking, self sabotage, or burnout start creeping in again.

5.
You don't need to understand it for it to work.

Your body already knows how to heal.

Breathwork just gives it permission.

You don't have to be spiritual or have it all figured out.

You just have to breathe and trust the process.

That's it.

1 Breathwork Session is enough to move it. Because you move into a deep theta brainwave state, where there's no space to overthink. Only feel.

👉🏻Comment BREATH and I'll send you the link to next one.
No experience needed, camera can stay off.

90 minutes to quiet your inner critic & imposter voice.

Are you still thinking you're overthinking?

Which one makes your heart drop into your stomach when your ready it? 👇🏻

The list is finished. You write a new one.

What runs underneath:
"One more thing, then I can rest."
"If I stop now I lose the ground I made."
"Rest is what comes after. Not during."

You call it drive. It is drive. It also built a life where arriving isn't possible, because the line moves every time you reach it.

Here's what it costs you: anything that requires stopping first: The sabbatical. The launch you keep making "a bit more ready." Eighteen months of nearly.

You didn't learn this because you're ambitious. You learned it somewhere that doing was how you stayed valuable.

That belief is still making your decisions. And you can't out-think it, because it isn't an argument.

DM OVERTHINKING and I'll show you how to reach the part of you that's actually deciding.

Do you still think you're not enough?

The fastest way to calm a chaotic mind👇🏻

It's not meditation.
It's not a mindfulness app.
It's your exhale.

When your mind is spinning and you can't think straight, your body is stuck in survival mode.
Your nervous system thinks there's a threat.

So it keeps you revved up, scanning for danger, replaying worst case scenarios on a loop.

🫴🏻But here's what most people don't know.

You can override that entire stress response in seconds.
Just by changing how you breathe out.

When you extend your exhale longer than your inhale, something shifts immediately.
You're directly stimulating your vagus nerve.
That nerve runs from your brainstem down through your chest, and it controls your body's relaxation response.

The moment you lengthen that exhale, your heart rate drops.

Your blood pressure lowers.
Your system gets a clear signal that you're safe.
And your brain starts to believe it.

You move out of those frantic beta waves and into calm, focused alpha waves.

👉🏻The chaos starts to settle.

Not because you forced your thoughts to stop.

But because you gave your nervous system permission to stand down.

Try it right now.

Breathe in for four counts.

Breathe out for six or eight.

Just a few rounds.

Notice how the noise inside starts to quiet.

Your exhale is the remote control for your nervous system.
And you've had it the whole time

Stay as long as you like, SAVE THIS & come back to it whenever life feels busy.

I am 37. Here are 5 things I would tell my 27-year old self👆🏻

We are all in a journey and change doesn't happen overnight. But if that change means you become more authentic, more fulfilled, more YOU, then that's the right place to be.

How it works 👇

The people at the top of every high-pressure field already do this. Navy SEALs are trained in box breathing. Elite athletes breathe to protocol before they compete. Anaesthetists, surgeons, fighter pilots — all taught breath control as a performance tool, not a wellness one. If it's part of a winning strategy for people whose job is staying functional under extreme load, there's no reason it can't be part of yours.

Here's what actually happens:

1. Your brainwaves shift.
– All day you run on fast beta activity. Thinking, planning, monitoring, deciding.
– Sustained connected breathing moves you down into slower alpha and theta activity.
– Theta is the rhythm of the edge of sleep, and of the shower, and of the drive home where the answer suddenly arrives. You normally only reach it by accident.
– Breathwork gets you there on purpose, in 20 minutes, awake and able to use it.

2. Your RAS starts filtering for something else.
– Your brain discards almost everything coming at it. What gets through is what keeps you safe, and what you've flagged as important.
– In a defended state, "important" means threat. So you keep finding evidence for the thing you're afraid of, and call it realism.
– Change the state and the filter changes its criteria. Same job, same relationship, a different set of options visible inside it.

3. Focus moves from the prefrontal cortex to the limbic system.
– The prefrontal cortex is analysis, planning, control, self-monitoring. It's the part of you that's excellent. It's also the part that's kept you exactly where you are.
– Under sustained breathing, that control centre steps back and the emotional centres take the lead.
– You stop explaining the thing and start feeling it. Insight lives in the prefrontal cortex. Change lives underneath it.

2 ways I can help:

1. A FREE Breath workshop. Next weekend, 19.09. It happens only once. DM WORKSHOP for details.

2. I work with people who are brilliant in their own mind and stuck everywhere else — you understand your pattern completely and it hasn't changed anything. DM me DECODE.
