Whilst the ink on the business cards from UEG Week in Barcelona has barely dried, our next team has already unpacked their suitcases in Beijing: the 94th CMEF – China’s leading medical technology trade fair and one of the largest in the world – opened its doors today at the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Centre. And BioCer is there.

The first day has already shown that there is considerable interest in the Chinese market in our solutions for haemostasis and surgical meshes. The discussions at the stand were in-depth, the questions specific – just the way we like it. 🤝

We’ve been at the Fira Gran Via since Saturday, right in the thick of the action at UEG Week 2026 – and what can we say: yesterday, our Stand 31 was almost unrecognisable. It was absolutely swamped – in the best possible way. 😄

We’re absolutely delighted, of course, and it shows that there’s real interest in our solutions for endoscopic haemostasis. Huge interest, in fact.

If you thought we’d packed our bags and headed home after EACTS last week—you’d be way off. Our team stayed in Barcelona, nurtured connections, delved deeper into discussions, and enjoyed a café con leche or two. 😄

And starting tomorrow, we’re really getting things going: UEG Week 2026 opens its doors at the Fira Gran Via—one of the world’s most important gastroenterology conferences. Barcelona’s most famous building site, the Sagrada Família basilica – designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí and under construction since 1882 – is due to be completed this year of all years. Proof that patience pays off. But anyone wishing to visit us at the 40th EACTS Annual Meeting shouldn’t wait quite that long. 😄

🎉 𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂!

It took a long time, but last Friday we finally celebrated our move to our not-quite-so-new premises on Dieselstraße – true to our motto ‘Family & Friends’: with our staff, their families, and the people who have been associated with BioCer for years – and, of course, the craftsmen who made our new premises possible in the first place.
Managing Director Frank Heidenau welcomed the guests with a speech in which he once again outlined the background to the move: our growth over recent years had simply pushed the old premises to their limits – a sign that BioCer is on the right track. 🚀

A particular highlight of the evening were the factory tours, during which our guests were able to take an exclusive look behind the scenes and get to know our production facilities – where all our products are manufactured ‘Made in Germany’. 🇩🇪

We are proud of what we have built together – and look forward to everything that lies ahead. 💪

🌍 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗖𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 – 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

September was a busy month: whilst our team at one end of the world was meeting endoscopists in the Ruhr region, another team was at the other end, attending one of the largest medical technology trade fairs in South-East Asia. And in between: Cologne on the Rhine. No wonder we barely had time to unpack our suitcases.

🇩🇪 ENDO Ruhr Live meets Endosummer – Bochum
At the RuhrCongress Bochum – right in the heart of the Ruhr region – we presented our HaemoCer Endoscopic Applicator to a live endoscopy community that’s used to calling a spade a spade.

🇸🇬 Medical Fair Asia – Singapore
Whilst the endoscopes were in full swing in Bochum, our second team was forging international contacts at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore – with a focus on the city-state and the Asian medical technology market.

🇩🇪 8th GastroTage am Rhein – Cologne
At the historic Gürzenich on the Rhine, where Cologne’s gastroenterology community gathers year after year, we rounded off the trade fair month with another strong showing.

Three events, one common thread: being wherever endoscopy, gastroenterology and medical technology come together.
