If you want answers, you first have to ask the right question.
Ask better questions, find more satisfying answers.
When we try to make sense of the moving body, or why certain aches and pains are recurring, we might have to change our reference model.
Rather than: why is this happening to me? Or which muscle do I need to train?, a more useful approach is looking at patterns. What do we habitually do that would predispose us of this pain. Rather than searching for single muscles, we can look for tension areas that could trigger the overload. For example: back tension between your shoulder blade and the spine sets us up for shoulder pain when lifting the arm, hyperextended knees affect the lower back and so on.
