What if we could measure the physiological impact of a wellness experience?

A landmark observational study led by Prof. Dr. Sergio Pecorelli analysed 2,320 HRV tests across 92 participants following sessions on Welnamis and MLX Quartz. The second half of the study was conducted in a real-world setting at Klosterhof Alpine Hideaway & Spa, in Bavaria Germany.

Why HRV? Heart Rate Variability is an important indicator of autonomic nervous system regulation and the body’s ability to adapt to stress and recover — making it increasingly relevant to longevity, recovery and overall wellbeing.

The results showed measurable positive HRV response trends following repeated sessions, bringing new physiological evidence to the conversation around wellness technology.

The study also revealed valuable operational insights — including the role of treatment frequency and repeated use.
