The need to know the “truth“ has been driving me my entire life. This search for it led me to write my book, which turned out to be more challenging than I ever expected.

Can you look at your body like an artist would look at a flower? There is always more to see, than what is right in front of you. Can you give your body as much attention as an artist would give to a beautiful landscape? It takes time to absorb all the beauty, to let it in, to feel it. Can you take that time for you? Can you look at yourself with those eyes of an artist? Can you shift from seeing with your eyes, to seeing with your heart?

We have developed our brains in a fast pace, but left the body behind - as if it were not part of our being, as if we could escape it. But if the body doesn‘t match the mind, it will act as its own force. These two forces are then in conflict. That‘s why so many postures in yoga are called ‘warrior’. They serve to bring mind and body together, so they unite and act as one force.

While we can keep on fighting our conflicts, through whatever method that is designed to push through, there might also be a much softer way. But it works only if we are willing to open up our hearts and keep them wide open, even if we would love to close down again, because the discomfort gets so unbearable.

And the language of the heart is ‘EMOTIONS‘. All of them. ❤️

Change is part of human nature, and because of that it is inevitable to unlearn what we have learned. Learn and unlearn, over and over again. Continuously. And then learn again. It is never-ending.

To know how to unlearn is a superpower. Learn it!

This one goes to all the strong ladies out there, who don’t know their strength yet. If you experience hatred from another woman, let me tell you that her hatred is showing you how much she actually adores you! Sounds crazy right? Let that sink in.

The more she fights you, the greater you can feel. She might use all of the old strategies to weaken you (and not only women do that, ex-partners try it, too). Shame & blame you, put you in a bad light, attack you when they think you’re exhausted, tell lies about you, create an army of other women to exclude you, and they might even try to imitate you. But imitation is as fake as their strength. Otherwise they wouldn’t have the need to fight.

Stand in your power, strong women! Sending you all my love to do so! There is no need to fight.

My very first flight was when I was 12 years old, having escaped war as a refugee. I was scared to death and said I would never ever fly again.

My second flight was seven years later in uniform as a flight attendant. I overcame my biggest fear and found my strength. It changed my life completely. It gave me a taste of freedom.
I didn’t get any applause, but a lot of hatred instead. And I learned to be ok with that. I learned that they didn’t really hate me, they hated themselves for not being brave enough to step out of their comfort zone. I learned to let them do whatever they needed to.

Whenever you feel hated by others, just let them. Stay on your path and keep moving (on the ground or in the air😜).
Just keep moving.
And be proud of yourself for every tiny success that meant something to you.

Life will always lead you to the right places where you are meant to be.

Open up your heart and trust life.
