AcroYoga is a blend of three ancient traditions: yoga, acrobatics and healing arts. Practicing with partners gives us the opportunity to experience mutual support, helping us to cultivate trust and connection, bring out our inner child, and reach for our highest potential. With the help of our breath, gravity and ''metta'' (loving kindness), we encourage body, mind and soul to release fear and tension. Come discover light and playfulness in your yoga practice!
