Efferon at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

At San-Francisco, Efferon Co-Founder and CEO Dima Romashin presented our multimodal hemoadsorption technology, which removes bacterial endotoxin and excessive cytokines from the blood in a single treatment to regulate excessive inflammation.

His talk covered Efferon’s evidence in adult and pediatric sepsis, our presence in 45 countries, and our US launch strategy.

Efferon at LIVES 2026 in Lisbon
At the 39th ESICM Annual Congress, Efferon joined clinicians and partners from around the world to discuss how hemoadsorption can go beyond endotoxin in the treatment of sepsis.

Ivan Bessonov, Efferon’s Co-Founder and CTO, successfully presented the MINERVA study on Efferon LPS in maternal sepsis and septic shock. At our booth, conversations focused on Efferon LPS, Efferon NEO, and the role of hemoadsorption in critical care.

Thank you to everyone who visited us in Lisbon and to for bringing the intensive care community together.

LIVES 2026 was another opportunity to rethink hemoadsorption in sepsis, share clinical research, and discuss the wider use of Efferon technologies in clinical practice.

Efferon at the meeting on extracorporeal therapies in Bari!

On October 16–17, Gada Italia by Palex represented Efferon at the meeting Integrated Approaches to Extracorporeal Therapies: From Acute Kidney Injury to Apheresis in Bari, Italy.
The two-day programme focused on extracorporeal therapies for acute and complex patients, with discussions on technological developments and multidisciplinary approaches in acute nephrology.

Efferon LPS demonstrates efficacy in maternal sepsis and septic shock

This October, the intensive care community will meet in Lisbon for LIVES 2026, the 39th Annual Congress of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine - ESICM.

2026: Efferon at the Riga conference

On September 11, Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca hosted a conference for World Sepsis Day, bringing together specialists from across the Baltic region. The programme covered everything from early sepsis recognition and antimicrobial therapy to pathogen identification, source control and refractory septic shock.

Efferon CTO and Co-Founder Ivan Bessonov presented “Endotoxin and Beyond: Rethinking Hemoadsorption in Sepsis,” focusing on with and the clinical evidence behind its use in sepsis and septic shock.
