Today is World Mental Health Day 💚

Taking care of our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. Well-being looks different for everyone. It might mean slowing down, spending time outdoors, talking to someone you trust, or simply taking a moment to breathe.

Reach out to your loved ones if you have a lot on your mind, and check in with those around you. Sometimes a simple “How are you?” can make a real difference.
Today, we want to shine a light on mental health and encourage everyone to take a moment to care for themselves and others. 💭💚

If you need support, Mind is a UK-based mental health charity offering information, guidance, and support for anyone struggling.

You can talk to trained advisers who can listen, offer advice, or point you to local services. You can reach them on 📞 0300 123 3393 or online at www.mind.org.uk.
