MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE 🕺⚡️

Shaking. Jumping. Singing. Dancing like nobody’s watching.

This isn’t just fun my peeps, it’s somatic release.

It’s how we discharge stored energy, reset the nervous system, and let stagnant emotion move through instead of getting stuck in the body.

El movimiento es medicina. Sacudir, saltar, cantar, bailar, así es que se libera lo que el cuerpo ha estado cargando.

Your inner child doesn’t need permission.

She just needs you to press play and let go. 🌈✨

This is nervous system regulation too. 🤍🐾

When I slow my breathing, soften my heart, and simply rest with my dogs, we’re co-regulating. Their calm nervous systems help my body feel safe, and mine helps them too.

Sometimes healing isn’t another task to check off your list. Sometimes it’s allowing yourself to receive love, presence, and connection.

This is one of my favorite heart coherence practices… and one of the simplest forms of medicine I know.

Who else feels instantly calmer around animals? 🐶✨

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞.

But my 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 was louder than their fear.

I knew deep down that healing wouldn’t come from suppressing symptoms—but from restoring her light, her coherence, her voltage.

💧 I gave her molecular hydrogen water.
🌀 We practiced emotional regulation.
⚡️I nourished her energy field, not just her body.

And now? She’s not just ‘stable’—she’s thriving.

As a mama of 3, I’ve tried it all—diets, supplements, protocols. But nothing has matched the power of LumiVitae water, heart coherence, and aligned parenting have done for us.

If you’re a parent walking the line between what the world tells you and what your gut knows…

Know this: you’re not alone.
You’re not crazy.
And yes—your child’s healing is possible.
