Aaand that’s a wrap for Startup Fair in Vilnius.

A day of good chats and honest conversations with founders about what their next twelve months look like in terms of hiring. Great to see so many of our partners today too. 💚

As we do every year, we like to give something back to our startup community, so this year’s TalentHub award went to 3P-DEFENCE, a team we’ll be helping to build their team. Congratulations to them, and to everyone who got on stage today!

Look, we don’t want to beat around the bush and just be honest—we ✨still✨ really like padel. And somehow, we’re not alone.

Every couple of months, we host a friendly TalentHub padel tournament with our closest partners to get everyone away from Slack for a bit. Also, a court turns out to be a great place to get to know the people in our community a little bit more.

Thanks to everyone who could join us this time. Until the next match! 🎾

Plot twist: the person building your hiring pipeline is also one of the fastest swimmers in his age group in Europe.

Our colleague Hanno spent July at the Gay Games in Valencia and came home with three golds and a silver. Then, at the Masters European Championships, he picked up a bronze and a fifth place.

We couldn’t be more proud, Hanno, and huge congratulations from our entire team. 🏆🏊

TalentHub summer days, Vilnius edition. ☀️

This past weekend, we had the whole TalentHub crew in one city for a personality workshop in nature, a pizza workshop, a proper tour of Vilnius and some VR games. Plus everything in between, including the jokes we’ll be quoting back to each other for the rest of the year 🤭 We had too much fun, and literally no one wanted to leave.

In the middle of all that fun chaos, here are some highlights we managed to capture. 📸

Founders weren’t getting away that easily at 😎

We put startup colleagues to the test with a game of “Who’s more likely to” to see who really knows each other best. Who’s always late, and who uses buzzwords they don’t fully understand? Find out in the video. 👀

Special thanks to the brave ones: Ahti and Heidy from , Janer and Vahur from , Kai and Kaspar from !

How often do you have so many great entrepreneurs together in one room? 🤯

We had to take the opportunity to ask some of our favourite founders a few quick-fire questions at . Huge thanks to Karl Maaroos, Andrus Purde, and Kristjan Korjus for being up for it. 🙌

Greetings from 👋

Our co-founder Käthe-Riin just hosted a full-house panel with Karl Maaroos, Taivo Pungas and Roberta Pukė on using AI in organisations while keeping things human. Thanks for everyone who came to listen!

We may have just taken our team events to another level ✨

Our Recruitment Partner, Hanno, hosted the TalentHub team for an incredible Michelin-starred dinner. Safe to say no one left hungry.
