Autumn is officially tea season. And honestly, we love this slower rhythm.

One of our favourite autumn rituals at Bonobo is a warm cup of Lady’s Mantle tea. Kortsleht, a beautiful wild herb that has been connected with women and feminine wellbeing in traditional herbalism for generations.

Traditionally, it has been especially loved as a women’s herb, used throughout different seasons of womanhood and around the menstrual cycle, especially when periods come with discomfort or heavier bleeding. It has also traditionally been used after childbirth and as a soothing herb for digestive and urinary discomfort.

Lady’s mantle contains naturally occurring tannins and plant compounds that give it its characteristic astringent properties. One of the reasons this little plant has earned such a special place in traditional European herbalism.

3 things I always look for in a lip balm 💋

1. Ingredients — simple, nourishing and something I actually feel good about putting on my lips every day.
2. Texture — rich enough to really moisturise, but never sticky or heavy. That soft, buttery feeling is everything.
3. How my lips feel AFTER — because a good lip balm shouldn’t make me want to reapply it every five minutes. I want my lips to actually feel softer, smoother and cared for.

Nature here in Estonia is endlessly inspiring. 🌲
