Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA and/or professional certification such as CMA or CPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, including at least 5 years in a CFO role.
- Healthcare or hospital experience is highly preferred, with strong expertise in financial strategy, governance, and risk management.

2. Operational Director
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and effective resource utilization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and overall operational performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and healthcare accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and achieve strategic operational objectives.

Qualifications:
- MBBCh or engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management in healthcare or hospitals sector.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills, with a track record of improving operational performance.
