Hello! :) i can defo confirm we have chickpeas going in our patch. The seed comes out of the pod..there isnt loads, but I shall keep these to sew for next year. Big sucess to be able grow your own nutrients and protein well chuffed.
Initially was an experiment. I sprout some chickpeas indoors. Then once they had a big shoot i put them in a small compost pot and watered. When it out grew that into the garden soil it went! At first i though it was monkey nuts as i want to grow them.
Our guests are welcome to eat from the garden and help to grow. ♡
