✨ MARADELS BODY WISDOM HEALING ✨
Reconnect • Understand • Release • Remember

What if, instead of seeing your body as something that is working against you, you began to listen to it with love, curiosity and gratitude?

Maradels Body Wisdom Healing is a gentle, deeply personal session designed to help you explore the emotional patterns and life experiences that may still be asking for your attention.

Together, we gently look beneath the surface, not by forcing memories or searching for trauma, but by allowing your own inner wisdom to guide the process and I will be there to help you with the guidance.

Through gentle exploration, we look at repeating emotional patterns, the beliefs that may have developed through your experiences, and what those experiences have taught you about yourself. This is done by set questions I'll give you in written form, you go through each one in your own time, going deep and allowing the honest answers to come forward. This is private to you, you don't have to share what is being revealed if you don't want to, no rush, no forced answers.

The intention is not to remain in the past, but to take the wisdom from the experience while releasing what you no longer wish to carry.

The session then moves into the healing section which I will guide you through with a gentle, loving invocation, working with the subconscious and Higher Self with the intention of sending love, understanding and forgiveness back through the pattern, including its deepest origin, whether consciously remembered or not, letting the healing take place.

We finish by reconnecting with the body itself.
Not through fear.
Not through frustration.
But through gratitude, appreciation and love for everything your body does for you every moment of every day. At the heart of this work is a return to self-love, self-worth and your own inner wisdom.

You are not coming to me for me to give you your answers. My role is simply to gently and lovingly hold sacred space while you reconnect with the wisdom already within you and gently guide you to rememberance of self empowerment.
