I know what you're thinking.
"I can't afford it."
"I'm not fit enough."
"It's too indulgent."
"I'm not a yoga person."
I want to gently push back on all of that.
You don't need to be a yoga person. You just need to be a tired person who's ready for something to change.
And yes, €865 is money. But so is the burnout you're managing. The physio appointments for your neck and shoulders. The things you're buying to try to feel better that don't actually work. The nights you can't sleep. The weekends that don't restore you.
This isn't indulgent. This is necessary.
You've been running on empty for too long. And somewhere deep down, you know it.
I have 10 spots left for May. If this is your year to actually put yourself first. 🌿 I'd love to have you in Spain.

Save this for tomorrow morning. Do it before the emails, before the news, before anyone needs anything from you.
If mornings feel like a battle right now, these 3 minutes might actually help.
And if you want more of this, full days of it, in the warmth, with no agenda, my May retreat in southern Spain has 10 spots left.
It's gentle yoga, nourishing food, two pools, no kids and space to breathe. For the ones running on empty who need more than a weekend off.

People always ask why I became a yoga teacher.
The honest answer isn't what they expect.
I didn't find yoga because I was flexible or spiritual. I found it because I was burnt out. A little bit damaged. Running on empty and didn't know how to stop.
Yoga gave me permission to rest. It taught my body that it was safe to let go. It showed me I didn't have to earn my worth by constantly doing more.
And now I teach because I want to give that to other people.
That's why I'm hosting a small group to Spain in May. To give them what yoga gave me; space, rest, and permission to just be.
If you've felt called to do something like this but keep talking yourself out of it, I want you to know that's normal. That hesitation is exactly why you need it.
DM me if you want to talk it through. 🌿

I've been hinting at this for weeks. Here it is.
I'm hosting a small yoga retreat in southern Spain this May and I want to tell you exactly who it's for.
It's for the ones who've been running on empty. The people who carry tension in their neck, shoulders, jaw. Who haven't had a proper break in years. Who are tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix.
It's for you if you're based in the UK or Ireland, and you need more than a weekend off.
May 29th to 31st, 2026. Southern Spain. Just 10 to 15 people, intentionally small.
We'll stay at a beautiful 4-star hotel. Adults-only. Two pools. Gentle yoga by the sea. Nourishing food. And afternoons that are completely yours.
No pressure. No performance. Just space to breathe.
This isn't about being flexible or "good at yoga." It's about being looked after. Held. Given permission to rest.
If you've been waiting for a sign...this is it!
DM me or click the link if you want to know more.
I'd love to have you there.

"It's a very relaxed and adaptable retreat."
Judy wasn't sure it was "for her" either.
But here's what she said afterwards.
My May retreat in southern Spain is now open. 10-15 spots. If you've been on the fence, this is your sign.
Link in comments or DM me 'READY' and I'll send you everything you need to know. 🌿

Everyone tells you to "just rest." Nobody tells you why you can't.
Here's what's actually happening: your nervous system is stuck in overdrive. Your body doesn't know the meeting is over. It's still braced.
Yoga and breathwork aren't just stretching, they're how you signal to your body that it's safe to come down. That the threat is over. That you're allowed to rest.
I teach this every week. And I'm running a small yoga retreat in southern Spain in May, for people who are done with managing and ready to actually feel better.
10–15 spots. DM me or link in bio if you want to know more. 🌿
