I am Jigyasa from Adya Yoga. Been teaching on the Island for approx 12 yrs now. Classes I teach are In Person and Online Both. Really proud of the beautiful community we have created.

We have special days of Ganapati so we will work on Removing Blocks from our Lives and inviting Flow of Wealth & Abundance.

Monday to Friday
7am & 8am London Time.
Flexibility to choose between both Groups.
Online & In Person Corralejo. Both.
