What a blessed few days. Jivamukti Tribe gathering in Rome brought together wonderful people. Reuniting me with some of my absolute favourite inspirations 🙏❤️🇮🇹 and visiting my favourite city.

Satsang is the foundation for Yoga, and when we join together like this we remember who we truly are.

I’m excited to share something meaningful with you.

On Saturday June 20th, I’ll be hosting a donation-based yoga class as part of
Yogathon 2026 — a global event where studios and teachers around the
world are practicing together to raise funds for trauma-informed
healing programs in Cambodia, Rwanda, Ukraine and beyond.

The event is organized by AZAHAR Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated
to bringing yoga, mindfulness, and healing arts to communities
recovering from conflict and displacement.
