This week Mallorcq celebrates Pride.

And we are celebrating the most radical act of all — being exactly who you are.

Tomorrow at Sadhana Works, Alex Williams invites you to sweat, laugh, maybe cry — and move with Whitney, Donna, Mariah and Christina in the background.

One hour of restorative yoga to map your story. Followed by a Vinyasa flow that is unserious as a practice and very serious as joy.

Pride is for everyone. Come as you are.✨

What does your soul most deeply wish for? 🙏🏻

Not the anxious mind’s grasping. The deeper one — the one that lives below thought, quiet, already whole.

The Chintamani, the Wish Fulfilling Jewel 💎, is the symbol of the mind at its most luminous. This class is an invitation to make contact with that clarity.

Meditation, Buddhist practice and a live sound journey — with Day Gomez • Mallorca Sound Healing• Meditations and Anna Caldwell | Sound Healing & Yoga | Mallorca & Online.

All levels welcome.

Happy solstice 🌞✨
The sun was at its highest point. And so were we.

Once a year, the light reaches its peak and we chose to meet it together.

Two days. Eight guides. One community gathered in the heart of Palma to release, awaken and become.

Together we are stronger. Together we shine brighter.

Thank you for showing up — for yourselves, for each other, for this practice.

And thank you to the eight humans who held the space with so much love, knowledge and devotion:

· .n.day · · · · .dance.flow · ·
🌸

This is what happens when people choose to show up for themselves. Together.

We are not the same as we were two days ago.

A new era begins. 🌞

Community that spreads. 🤍

Community that spreads. 🤍

This is not a regular Sunday class. This is a once-a-year practice that marks something in the body and the soul.

Each round an offering. Each breath a surrender. What begins as effort becomes flow. What feels like a challenge becomes liberation.

Live hang pad. Limited spots.

This one asks you to show up — exactly as you are. 🌈

This Pride Week, we celebrate the most radical act of all: being yourself.

With Alex Williams (they/them) — a modern-day movement muse who spent seven years teaching children how to live with curiosity, presence, and compassion. Now they bring that same gift to you.
