Sylvester Stallone was told he wasn't the right fit. His speech was slurred, he didn't look like a typical film star, and he was struggling financially.

Yet he had a dream.

He wrote Rocky and turned down offer after offer because he believed he was meant to play the lead role himself.

Eventually, someone gave him that chance... and the rest is history.

Sometimes the difference between giving up and succeeding is simply refusing to quit.

Resentment often masquerades as justice

Perhaps you replay the conversation in the shower.

But the only person serving the sentence is you.

the person who slighted you has no idea

Choosing to Let it go doesn’t mean what happened was acceptable. It doesn’t mean they get away with it. It means you stop paying for something someone else did

Think of your life, your goals, or even just your day like a pearl necklace. You don't have to build the whole thing at once. Your only job right now is to be the person who puts the next pearl on the string. 📿
