✨ ULTRAFASHION | CLOSING EVENT HAPPENING NOW🇪🇹🇮🇹

From creative vision to international exposure, the UltraFashion journey has connected Ethiopian fashion designers with international expertise, mentorship, and opportunities to grow their brands.

Today, we celebrate this journey at Creative Hub Ethiopia, bringing together designers, partners, and creative industry stakeholders to reflect on the experience, share insights from Milan Fashion Week, and showcase the creativity and potential of Ethiopian fashion.

Featuring the journeys of Meaza Beyene (MEAZA Clothing), Meti Hailemariam (METII), and Dagmawit Tesfaye (Dagmawit), this milestone highlights the power of collaboration in opening new opportunities for Ethiopian designers on the international stage.

The initiative is part of the ‘Support to Youth and Women through the Development of Products, Services and Public-Private Partnerships’ Programme, funded by the Italian Cooperation and implemented by UNIDO - United Nations Industrial Development Organization, in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Skills of Ethiopia.

🇮🇹🇪🇹 Training days continue in Addis Ababa as part of the TEFF – Training Ethiopian Future Farmers-Chefs project.

The Cuochi Contadini (farmer-chefs) of Campagna Amica are supporting young participants on a journey that puts training, knowledge exchange, and dialogue between culinary cultures at its heart.

Italian cooking techniques, the principles of the Mediterranean Diet, and local ingredients come together to build new skills and experiment with recipes that bring Italian and Ethiopian culinary traditions closer.

An experience in which food becomes a means of learning, professional development, and sharing, while highlighting local produce and creating new opportunities for the next generation of farmer-chefs.

The initiative is part of the ’Support to Youth and Women through the Development of Products, Services and Public-Private Partnerships' Programme, funded by Italian Cooperation and implemented by UNIDO, in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Skills of Ethiopia.

📌 Developed in collaboration with the World Farmers Markets Coalition, drawing on its experience across several African countries, including Ghana and Kenya, the project now arrives in Ethiopia to bring local cultures and culinary traditions together around a shared vision for the future.
