Today, one of my clients who used to have a strong sugar-addiction told me that their need for sugar is now NON-EXISTENT 🙌 As a result, they feel lighter, happier, and healthier.

I feel so grateful that I get to do this work. After 1,5 years as a hypnotherapist, I’m still amazed by the results sometimes. And even more so, by the bravery and strength of my clients ✨

Summer yoga is a grounding Hatha/Vinyasa practice in the park, through which you can connect with nature, your body, mind, spirit and other lovely yogis 💛

Each class includes movement, meditation and breathwork. We will move and stretch the body, breathe deeply and give the mind a chance to rest. You will feel supported, peaceful and free 🦋

Bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothes. We meet in the park behind the Orthodox Church in Vaasa. No registration or previous experience required - just come as you are.

10 euros/class (cash or mobile pay). 5 euros/class if you are a student, unemployed or retired.

Thank you, July 🌼 For the highs and lows, activities and rest. For yoga, long walks, books, swims, and travel adventures.

I’m in the midst of grieving a loved one passing away so my heart is hurting. And at the same time, I appreciate life more than ever. I feel every breath and every heartbeat so strongly. I see colors more vividly, and hear sounds on a deeper level.

I experience every moment with more presence. And that is extraordinary.

My intention for August is to allow both grief and joy to keep coming in waves 💛

Heartfelt thank you to all the lovely clients and colleagues that I’ve had the chance to work with at Wasa Wellness 💛

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do what I love, and for allowing me to grow, in so many ways.
