Woahhh how things have changed! Defo cozy vibes 💚

Flashback to last year's Sound Journeys with Bowditch Sound at the Ole Our Sacred Spirit shop.
I'm sure this was the
'I forget my mallets session' 🤔🫠🤣.

They were great sessions, so cosy ✨

Our Sacred Spirit can you believe that this talk was 2 years ago this month!

Tracey Bowditch and Dylan Bowditch I’m forever grateful for the opportunity you provided me with and the friendships and community I’ve met along The way because of your shop 💚

I also want to say a big thanks to Tom Damsell for the photos, Spinology First for being amazing to work with, and Mark Llewellyn and my parents Mark Kwiecinski and Glain Kwiecinski for always having my corner.

You all have no idea how much easier you have all made this challenging journey

Thankyou so much.

Standing barefoot inside a 24-inch Tibetan singing bowl while sweeping a 432Hz Sound Sword around the body sends physical acoustic resonance straight through the nervous system ⚡️

Pritch’s face at the end says everything 😲
