A little update from us!

A few changes are happening at ABERPOETH over the next few days.

We’ll be closed on Monday 26th October, reopening for members on Tuesday 27th in our new temporary sauna, and welcoming everyone back on Wednesday 28th.

Bookings go live this Friday, 23rd October!

We’ve also made a small adjustment to our private sauna prices ahead of our larger sauna arriving in mid-December.

Byddwn ar gau ddydd Llun, 26 Hydref, cyn ailagor i’n haelodau ddydd Mawrth, 27 Hydref yn ein sawna dros dro newydd, ac yna croesawu pawb yn ôl ddydd Mercher, 28 Hydref.

Bydd archebion yn agor ddydd Gwener yma, 23 Hydref!

Rydym hefyd wedi gwneud newid bach i brisiau ein sesiynau sawna preifat wrth i ni baratoi ar gyfer ein sawna newydd, mwy o faint, fydd yn cyrraedd ganol mis Rhagfyr.

One last memory with Arbor X

Before we say goodbye to our Arbor X, we’d love to see some of your favourite memories from your time with us.

Whether it’s a sunrise session, a dip in the sea, a visit with friends or just a good chat in the sauna, we want to see them!

And as a little thank you, we’re giving one lucky person the chance to win a private sauna session in our brand new sauna!

All you need to do is:

1. Share your favourite Arbor X photo or video on your Instagram story or feed.
2. Tag ABERPOETH so we can see it.
3. You’ll be entered into a draw to win a private sauna session in our new sauna.

It’s time to say goodbye to our Arbor X.

This sauna has been with us from the start, and it’s been pretty special seeing how many people have enjoyed it over the years.

From the regulars who come every week to those who’ve popped in while visiting Aberystwyth, we’ve met some lovely people and made some good friends along the way.

It’s going to be sad seeing it go, but we’re excited for what’s next.

And don’t worry, ABERPOETH isn’t going anywhere. We’ve got something new on the way, and we think you’re going to love it.

Mae’r sawna yma wedi bod gyda ni o’r cychwyn cyntaf, ac mae wedi bod yn arbennig iawn gweld cymaint o bobl wedi cael mwynhad ohono dros y blynyddoedd.

The Lobsters.

They’ve been with us pretty much from the start, and we honestly love seeing them turn up every week.

There’s always a swim, a sauna, a coffee and usually plenty of chatting in between.

They’ve become a proper part of ABERPOETH, and it’s groups like this that make the place feel so special.

Big love to The Lobsters for backing us from the beginning.

Our last month at the Consti.

Our final day at this location will be on 25th October, so we’ve got a few more weeks to make the most of this special spot.

One last dip from the beach, one last sauna with the sea in front of you, and one last chance to sit in the heat and take in this view.

The Consti has been a huge part of the ABERPOETH story, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who’s come down, swam, sweated and shared the space with us.

A new partnership for our community.

We’re pleased to be working with Aber Uni Sports Centre Aberystwyth University Sports Centre, giving their members access to 50% off ABERPOETH sauna sessions.

Every Saturday between 12pm–4pm, Sport Aber members can step out of the gym and onto the promenade for some heat, sea and recovery.

Whether it’s after a training session, a swim, a run or simply some time to switch off, we’re excited to make ABERPOETH more accessible to another part of the Aberystwyth community.
