Appealing an NHS Continuing Healthcare decision can be a long, complex and stressful process. We don’t recommend entering into the process unless you have clear and specific grounds that give you a chance of success in appeal. We can apply our expertise and experience to identify and explain these grounds, if they exist, in your case. But if you don’t have good grounds for appeal, we’ll be honest about it.

Beacon has agreed to host the survey on behalf of NHS England in order to reach a wide range of people with an interest in AACC, including people who use services, families, carers, providers and commissioners.

We would like to make it absolutely clear that Beacon CHC has no association, affiliation, or operational link with the organisation referred to in the Government-issued guidance relating to the incident.

Beacon CHC is the trading name of Ethical Legal Services Ltd, an independent social enterprise that provides advice and support in relation to NHS Continuing Healthcare. The incident referenced in the Government guidance concerns Beacon CRM, a different and separate company.
