Something new is coming… and I think you’re going to like this one! 👀📚

Meet Slimming World’s Protein Power 🩷

There are some seriously yummy-looking recipes inside, and I cannot wait to start trying them!
Members can get their copy with a 6 or 12-week Countdown course from 11th to 31st October, so if you’ve been thinking about making that commitment to yourself, this could be a lovely little extra incentive. 🥰

Christmas might be creeping closer, but there’s still plenty of time to work towards those weight-loss dreams. 🩷

Want to know the key for staying fuller for longer 🗝️? Filling up on protein!

High-protein meals are brill for keeping you satisfied... and staying on track ❤️. And the best thing about Slimming World is that there are loads of options to choose from – including beans, lentils, Quorn, eggs, fish, lean meats. Phew 😅!

If you’d love to know more about unpacking the power of protein, tap here: https://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/blog/protein-and-weight-loss/, or come along to my Alcester group this Thursday at 9am, 10.30am, 5pm or 6.30pm

Our expert nutritionist spills the beans on the benefits of protein, what foods to look out for, and how Slimming World’s healthy eating plan makes it easy to hit those protein goals!

Have you tried the new Toffee-tastic Hi-fi bar yet 👀🍫? This gloriously chewy bar is topped with toffee pieces and dipped and drizzled in milk chocolate 🤎. It’s safe to say it's proving popular already!

If you've tried it, I need to know... is it your new favourite 🙌? If you're yet to get your hands on it, make sure to come along to my group next Thursday to pick up a pack or two 😉!
