Nutrition is key 🔑 🧠🔥

Today I’m sharing my favorite Coconut Collab protein desert, that doubles as a super nourishing pre-or post-workout treat.
It’s amazing how what we feed our gut, really influences our whole body, our mind, and our energy.
So putting a love into your food isn’t just about taste, it’s about self-care.

When I went through early menopause, I had to rethink my habits and learn to nourish myself in new ways. This little recipe is one of those changes that made me feel more energized and balanced. Hope you enjoy and feel the love in every bite 🧠🖤🔥🦾

Life transitions can leave you feeling like you’ve lost your identity, purpose, confidence, or direction. I’ve been there. Anxiety and self-doubt have held me back more than once.

But through my 4 Pillars, I’ve chosen to face those challenges instead of avoiding them. Every day is another opportunity to adapt, grow, and evolve into a stronger version of myself.

Sharing this journey brings me joy, and I hope it encourages someone else who’s navigating their own transition.
