The hardest part is usually just walking through the door 💛🐝

If you’ve never been into Bee Happy before, we completely understand that it can feel a bit daunting.

You might be wondering what it’s like, who’ll be there, whether you’ll feel out of place, or whether you need to already be “fit” or know what you’re doing. You don’t.

Once you’re in, you’ll find a really warm, friendly and welcoming group of people. No judgement, no pressure and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

Most people who come in for the first time say the same thing afterwards: “I wish I’d come in sooner.”

So if you’ve been thinking about coming along but nerves have been holding you back, just know that the hardest bit is getting through the door.
