What would you love to let go of before winter?

November is a month of fire and new moon light for me. I start at home by the sacred fire, then I fly to Jakarta for the very first Path into Light in Indonesia, and on to Malaysia for the Blue Star Retreat.

Where will you sit on Sunday?

On 1st November the Sacred Dhuni Fire is lit again at the Starlight Center. 9:30 AM UK / 10:30 AM Germany / 5:30 PM Asia. The UK clocks have gone back, so in Asia we start one hour later than last month.

Join in person or online. After the fire we chant Omkar and Suprabhatam and sit in heart meditation in the yurt. If you're here in person, stay for a light breakfast.

To prepare: come on an empty stomach if you can, rinse your mouth, wash your hands and arrive in silence.

Am 1. November brennt im Starlight Center wieder das Sacred Dhuni Fire. 9:30 Uhr UK / 10:30 Uhr Deutschland.

Sei vor Ort dabei oder online. Nach dem Feuer singen wir Omkar und Suprabhatam und sitzen in der Herzmeditation in der Jurte. Wer hier ist, bleibt danach zum leichten Frühstück.

我在印尼認識的能量老師Erin 又要開課啦

這很難得喔，之前她都只在雅加達開課

我最早認識她的時候是在雅加達做頌缽，因為我們有共同朋友，所以後來也變成好朋友

由於認識了她很多年，這幾年她特別到英國去拜師，進修了各種水晶能量的課程，我後來又回雅加達找她的時候覺得她能量變得超強的🤣

因為認識Erin很久了，比起其他不認識的身心靈老師，我當然是比較相信她

她這次開的課是水晶能量的課程。 等等我我知道你在想什麼不是像你想的這樣喔🤣 這堂課不是要告訴你什麼水晶會招財什麼之類的

她的門派很特別，水晶只是拿來傳遞能量的一個媒介，所以是教導你怎麼用一般的水晶，換取能量運用在日常生活當中

水晶本身並不是重點

讓水晶不只是你擁有的飾品擺設、而是陪伴你照顧自己、建立日常生活儀式的工具。

讓大家對脈輪有一個比較完整的認識、讓水晶的能量支持可以幫助更多人感受到脈輪的能量，可以利用水晶來讓自己冥想、來更好的休息。除了肉眼的美麗，真正來感受一下水晶的支援

她自己是從水晶治療當中得到很多的支援，譬如說她的膝蓋骨一直有怪聲音，後來上了去英國進修了亞特蘭提斯水晶療癒課，做了那個水晶植入，然後很神奇的是，兩三個月之後，她的膝蓋就沒有聲音了

後來她就持續精進水晶這一塊，我這一次見到他覺得他真的是功力大增🤣

總之我是個麻瓜，我真的很不知道怎麼解釋我朋友的課，只能說她真的很神奇，我一直都覺得她跟行動電源一樣的幫我充電🤣幫了我很多

她也都會製作保護水晶給我，讓我每天戴在身上
