Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

Getting to know what’s normal for your breasts can make it easier to notice when something changes. That might be a new lump or swelling, a change in size or shape, dimpling or puckering of the skin, changes to the ni**le, unusual discharge, or persistent pain that isn’t normal for you.

Most breast changes won’t be cancer, but any new or unusual change should always be checked by a healthcare professional.

This month is a good reminder to check in with your body, know your normal and never ignore a change that concerns you.
