Today is World Mental Health Day. 💚

Living with a lower limb condition can affect far more than physical health. The emotional and mental impact can be just as significant, yet it isn’t always as visible or as openly talked about.

Natalie, Adrian and Matt have generously shared their personal experiences of living with lower limb conditions, speaking honestly about their journeys and the challenges they have faced along the way.

By sharing their stories, they hope to help others feel understood, less alone and more confident in talking about the impact their condition can have on their mental wellbeing.

BLS 2026, what a few days!

It was fantastic to meet so many lymphoedema specialists and healthcare professionals at the BLS conference, sharing experiences, discussing the challenges of lymphoedema care and hearing different perspectives from across the community.

A real highlight was debuting COMPREFLEX® Contain and seeing the interest it generated. From questions about the new wrap to conversations around where it could support lymphoedema care, it was great to see such a warm welcome for something new.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, shared their experiences and took the time to connect.
