🌼 SOLD OUT! 🌼

Fields of Calm at Briggle Farm is now officially SOLD OUT.

Thank you so much to everyone who has booked. We can’t wait to spend a beautiful morning with you amongst the wildflowers, sharing yoga, breathwork, homemade lemon and thyme cake, tea, coffee and plenty of time to simply slow down.

This event was something a little different for us, and seeing it fill so quickly has been incredibly special. It reminds us that so many people are craving a chance to pause, reconnect and spend time in nature.

To everyone joining us on Wednesday… thank you for trusting us with your morning. Bring yourselves exactly as you are. We’ll take care of the rest. 💚

See you in the flower fields. 💐

Hi,

If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles you can’t quite shift…

Burnout.
Overwhelm.
Switching between pushing hard and shutting down.

You’re not alone in that.

And more importantly - it’s not random.
For many people, there’s a strong overlap between burnout and neurodiversity.

A system that’s been:

Pushing
Adapting
Masking
Holding things together

for a long time…

will eventually hit a limit.
That’s why we’ve created these two labs to work together:
Burnout Lab - Sunday 31st May
A space to complete what’s been building and held in the body

ADHD & Neurodiversity Lab - Sunday 28th June
A space to understand and work with your system in a different way

You can absolutely come to one.

But if something in both resonates…

doing both can be where the deeper shift happens.

Not just understanding yourself differently - but actually feeling different in your day-to-day life.
Both sessions are:

Somatic
Experiential
Grounded in real experience
And designed to create change - not just insight
If you’ve been meaning to do something about how things feel right now…

this might be your moment.
Any questions at all, just reply - we’re always happy to chat.
💚
