Think about this for a minute folks… Your body cannot perform at its highest level when its foundations are neglected.
It’s the first bit of advice that I’ve giving to people over all these years when they come in looking advice on supplementation.
Build a solid foundation first.. (you can’t build a castle on a sand foundation) It will eventually crumble folks..... SIMPLE FACT.
Most people obsess over productivity, discipline and mental sharpness while completely overlooking the biological systems responsible for sustaining them in the first place.
For Instance take the likes off 👇👇👇
✅ Zinc. Zinc supports normal testosterone production and immune function. 💪
✅ Magnesium contributes to muscle and nervous system function.
✅ Vitamin D plays an important role in bone health and normal muscle function.
These nutrients matter, but supplementation is most useful when your intake or levels are inadequate.
Understand that timing is secondary to consistency, adequate nutrition and proper dosage that’s what makes it key.
Taking magnesium before bed does not automatically improve sleep, and adding more zinc will not magically increase testosterone if you are already getting enough. Correcting a genuine deficiency can make a meaningful difference, but blindly swallowing supplements is not a substitute for understanding what your body actually needs.
Treat your health like an investment rather than an afterthought.
Prioritise quality sleep, sufficient protein, even sunlight, and of course regular exercise and a balanced diet before chasing shortcuts.
BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS PROPERLY,
ADDRESS DEFICIENCIES WHERE THEY EXIST.
And give your body the conditions it needs to perform.
