Our new an_tadh_dearg_the_red_luck lounge wear range has been created to support our Social Enterprise.
We weren’t able to make the Social Enterprise NI Awards hosted by Cate Conway but we were still flying the Social Enterprise Flag as Joanne Callan was hosting a be_balanced_italian_retreat

Have you the fire lit tonight?

❤️❤️ Warmth with purpose ❤️❤️

🔥Warmth 🔥
Our “An t-ádh dearg red alpaca wool socks” are inspired by traditional Chinese medicine belief that keeping the feet and ankles warm supports warmth throughout the body, and support the idea of warm feet, warm body, warm uterus.
Soft, warm and beautifully simple, they’re made for country walks, slow mornings, cosy evenings, period days and moments when you simply want to feel held.

👩🏻‍🏫Purpose🩸
Every purchase helps support the work of “Changing Cycles Social Enterprise” supporting us to deliver programs that help girls and women, develop greater understanding, confidence and support for their menstrual and hormonal health

Tá an t-ádh dearg ort. - You have the red luck on you. - Wrap yourself in it.

Menstrual Education is a lifelong learning and while last night we were talking to P6/7 girls in the last few weeks we have also delivered our Menstrual & Hormonal Health Program to the Yr13 students at St Mary's High School Newry supporting the students to understand how important nutrition, sleep, hydration, reduced screen time and physical activity are in relation to good menstrual health and how to incorporate cyclical living into their study routines to help them optimise their learning and achieve their full potential. Thank you as always to St Mary’s for prioritising the Menstrual Health and Wellbeing of your students. If you feel this is soothing that should be available to all girls please support our new brand and range of wellness products an_tadh_dearg_the_red_luck

Last night was really special, one of the schools that we deliver Preparing For Change in decided to do things a little bit differently this year. We invited the Primary 6 & 7 girls and their Mums to join us for our Menstrual Cycle Talk. It was a very special space that broke down stigma and taboo and normalised the conversation creating a discerning where we all learned together. Body Literacy is important, menstrual education is important and spaces like this are powerful. Thank you to the Principal, Teachers, Parents and the girls who joined us. If you agree that holistic menstrual education is essential for all girls and want to support the work that we do check out our gorgeous new range of products over on an_tadh_dearg_the_red_luck and help support what we do. 🩸❤️
