🍂 If you’re in need of a little time to slow down and switch off, my next sound bath is in Wye on Wednesday 28th October.

Settle down, get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to help you slow down, switch off and simply enjoy some time for yourself. 💜

This will be the final end-of-month Wednesday sound bath at Wye Village Hall, as from November these Wednesday sessions will be moving to their lovely new home at The Old Chapel in Wye.

But we’re not saying goodbye to Wye Village Hall! Our monthly 90-minute sound baths will continue there as usual. 😊

As the evenings draw in, our Sound Baths are moving back indoors for autumn, with three opportunities to come along this October.

One-hour Sound Bath – £15

🔔 Monday 12th October – Wye
Extended 90-minute Sound Bath – £20

One-hour Sound Bath – £12.50

Settle down, get comfortable and allow yourself some time away from the busyness of everyday life, surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of gong, singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and other gentle instruments.

✨ Under-16s can come free when accompanied by a paying adult.

No previous experience is needed – just bring something comfortable to lie on, a blanket and a pillow.

As summer begins to soften, perhaps it’s time to make a little room for rest.

Join me for an evening of soothing sound, gentle vibrations and deep relaxation, with gong, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.

There’s nothing you need to do except get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to simply be for a while.

Bell Tent Sound Bath – Wednesday 29th July

There is something rather special about spending a summer evening beneath the bell tent.

As the light begins to fade, the birds settle around us, candles flicker softly, and the sounds of the gong and singing bowls gently fill the space.

For an hour, there is nowhere else to be and nothing to do.

One recent attendee, Greta, summed it up beautifully:
"Thoroughly recommend Red's sound baths for anyone in Kent wanting some peaceful meditation time. The ones at Hastingleigh are in such a beautiful, quiet spot also."

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply stop.

No expectations.
No pressure.
Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds wash over you.

This Monday evening, I’ll be holding a 90-minute Sound Bath in the sacred bell tent at Wyncot, Hastingleigh.

With the gentle resonance of the gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and other beautiful instruments, you’ll be invited to deeply relax, unwind and simply receive.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or you just fancy giving yourself a little time out, you’d be very welcome.

Our Sound Baths offer an opportunity to lie down, breathe deeply, and be immersed in the soothing sounds of gong, singing bowls and chimes.

This is our sacred bell tent at Wyncot, home to many Sound Baths, ceremonies and gatherings over the years.

Unfortunately, it suffered some damage during the recent high winds and came crashing down. 😬

The good news is that it is being repaired and we plan to put it back up on Wednesday 10th June.

We are looking for a few volunteers who might be able to spare a couple of hours from 10am to help us raise it again.
