Don’t we know it 😍😍😍

Miniature horses and donkeys can serve as therapy animals — and petting or scratching them for just three minutes made teenagers feel less anxious, sad and lonely, according to a new study. https://wapo.st/4yHQ3ee

The wonderful team at Emmett's Genies have just sent me these fabulous momentous of our time at their YIAD event.

Latona showing us once again that even in new somewhat scary situations, courage and self belief can create new opportunities along with new and special friendships 😍🦖🦖🕷️

Rizzo Roo always loves AP coursework time! How lucky did we feel when she stepped in to help choose which module to work towards next by nudging it with her nose 🤣

Decision making practise supported by ponies! 🤩

The day Latona met Spiderman and his Dinosaur friends and Darcy and Latona had their photo taken with Bucks Bear from Bucks Radio!
🦖🦖 🧸

Check me out being a tad worried Bucks Bear was going to take out our gazebo with his head 🤣

More magical memories from Emmett’s Genies YIAD event 🥰

This ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Well said Equischolars 🤩🤩🤩

There's something about a quiet moment that can make us feel like we need to fill it.

We feel the need to ask another question. Start another conversation. Find something to do. Anything to stop that silence from feeling quite so... silent.

But what if we didn't?

What if, just for a moment, we left the space exactly as it was?

No questions to answer. No conversation to keep going. No need to find the next thing to do.

Just a bit of quiet.

Maybe it gives us time to notice what's going on around us. Maybe there's space to think, process or work out what we need next.

Or maybe nothing needs to happen at all.

Perhaps silence isn't always a space that needs filling.

I wonder what happens when we just let it be there for a while. 💚
