Did you know........ that I teach a very unique class which brings together over 35 years of teaching experience and with a focus on releasing stiffness and tension in the body? This is not just a 'relaxation class' but with specific and well tested exercises that targets long term tension in neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms, legs (even the face!). The exercises are gentle and easy but with profound results and you will feel a big difference in just one class. The exercises are based on a specific fascia (connective tissue) release technique and as the fascia system is closely connected with the nervous system you will feel deeply relaxed as the tension melts away. Why not come and try a class?
